All our rooms are on the ground floor with en suite shower rooms, TV, WiFi, hair dryers, bath and hand towels, toiletries and a tea and coffee tray. Every room has its own outside seating area.

Our biggest room (king size double), with an interconnecting door to the double bunk bed “Pirates Room” and a comfortable bed settee — two adults and three children.

Just William
Cosy double bedroom, tastefully decorated, which can interconnect with Famous Five to form a spacious family suite with the benefit of a small kitchenette between the two rooms. French doors lead onto the barns courtyard with outside seating for those warmer mornings and nights. WiFi, flatscreen TV and a very comfortable double bed.
As with all rooms there is access to a shared kitchen to chill the odd bottle of wine or two, and of course a breakfast worth getting up for.

Famous Five
A lovely restored stone barn room which can interconnect with Just William (double) to make a spacious family suite with its own small kitchen between the rooms — useful for longer stays or with young children. Two very comfortable single beds, armchairs and all the usual hospitality bits you would expect in a quality B&B room.
An endless supply of hot water in a well-appointed en suite shower room with an easy-access shower cubicle. Like all our rooms around the well-planted courtyard, Famous Five has its own outside seating area as well as access to the grounds. Breakfast is included in our prices and served in our Tuck Barn dining room.
Heating and towel rail controls are very easy, and TV, hairdryer and WiFi are standard, as well as access to a shared mini kitchen.

Secret Seven
King Size Double or Family Room
Secret Seven is our largest double room, with a king size bed and plenty of space to spare. It can be booked as a very comfortable double, or connected to an additional small bunk bed room, "The Pirates Room", which with a fold-out bed settee can accommodate two adults and up to three children.
All the usual bits you would expect, WiFi and of course a breakfast worth getting up for. The room is priced for two people, with each extra child at £20.00 per night — a cost-effective stay, and still cheaper than boarding school for a weekend!

Family, Double or Twin
A room to suit all needs: it can accommodate up to three people, or be used as a twin or a standard double. As with all our rooms there are comfortable chairs to relax in, along with tasteful hardwood freestanding furniture. No shortage of hot water and a powerful, refreshing shower, with the usual hospitality bits — WiFi, Freeview TV, and tea and coffee facilities topped up daily on request.
Outside tables and chairs for your exclusive use help you make the best of those sunny mornings and warm evenings. Free parking, and the freedom to come and go as you please via the electric gates to the barns and grounds.
Swallows and Amazons has ample space to relax in, but if you wish it can take an additional family member on one of our very comfortable fold-out beds.

The Lion
The Lion offers comfort and independence, letting you come and go as you wish using the electric gate fob on your room keys. All our rooms are at ground level and approached by level paved paths from the car park. Low door thresholds are fitted to all rooms, and The Lion has an en suite wet room shower, making it suitable for guests with some mobility problems.
WiFi, Freeview TV and tea and coffee facilities are as you would expect. All our rooms have seating outside to take in the morning sunshine, and access to a shared kitchen to store a bottle of wine or two or knock up a quick snack. Breakfast is included and served in the Tuck Barn.

The Witch
Two Single Beds

The Wardrobe
The Wardrobe has a generous shower room with endless hot water for an invigorating shower. It is well appointed with a high-quality hardwood bed and furniture, as well as the usual WiFi, Freeview TV and hospitality bits.
In addition to its own outside seating, it has a covered outside seating area with a dining table for some alfresco dining or socialising. Although not connecting, it can be booked with Billy Bunter (single/double) to form a family suite for those travelling with older children. Private access via the electric gates lets you come and go as you wish.

Billy Bunter
The latest addition to our bedrooms in the converted stone barns around a well-planted courtyard. With private gated access and parking, you have the freedom to come and go as you please. Billy Bunter has a covered outside area in addition to seating in the morning sunshine.
The room is offered as a single, but its comfortable 4ft bed means it can be used as a double in its own right, or as extra accommodation for older children with parents in The Wardrobe double room opposite, sharing the same covered outside area. Like all our rooms, Billy has a small but well-appointed en suite shower room with endless hot water, WiFi, Freeview TV and the hospitality bits you would expect.
